Chief Apostle Dr. Carlton LeGrand Jr. is a man divinely entrusted with revelatory authority and spiritual discernment, equipped by God to identify demonic hierarchies, expose their assignments, and dismantle their operations within the earth. With more than three decades of uncompromising apostolic proclamation, he has been graced to confront and overturn generational curses, ancestral strongholds, soul ties, familiar spirits, and internal and external spiritual resistance. Through revelatory precision, perverted appetites and man-made philosophies are confronted, dismantled, and rendered powerless.

Dr. LeGrand stands as a living witness to biblical accuracy in the modern age contending earnestly against false doctrine, heresy, and counterfeit impartations through God-given revelation and spiritual intelligence. His global apostolic mandate has been commissioned to the nations to penetrate realms of darkness and translate territories into the Kingdom of God. The apostolic and prophetic mantle resting upon his life remains active and generational, producing dimensional acceleration and transformative impact among present and emerging generations.

A father, mentor, and spiritual covering to many, Dr. LeGrand was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Carlton LeGrand Sr. (deceased) and Takoma Carter. From infancy, his life was recognized as consecrated and set apart unto the Lord, bearing resemblance to the birth and calling of the prophet Samuel. As affirmed in Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV):
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

Filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of six, his formative years were shaped under sound pastoral leadership that cultivated his calling. A graduate of Lake Clifton Eastern Senior High School in Baltimore, he carried the distinction of “Preacher Boy” as a badge of honor. Dr. LeGrand pursued extensive theological education, graduating summa cum laude from CICA International University & Seminary in Theology, Homiletics, and Hermeneutics, earning his Doctor of Divinity in 2015. He later obtained both Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Christian leadership from Trinity International University of Ambassadors and completed a Ph.D. in Counseling in March 2020.

Dr. LeGrand is a prolific author whose works include Prophetic Typology: The God Christ DNA; Apostolic Lions, Prophetic Eagles: Sons of God, Sons of Oil; and Apostlepedia: A Manual for Modern-Day Apostles, now spanning twelve editions revitalizing apostolic and prophetic identity for the twenty-first century. His ministry assignment was formally affirmed through apostolic ordination on March 15, 2014, under the guidance of Chief Apostle Jarvis Bobb, and further established under the spiritual covering of Chief Apostle Dr. Robert E. Clemons and Leading Lady Annette Clemons.

He is the founder of Heavenly Kingdom Apostolic Prophetic Academy and Shaliah Academy School of Apostles, and serves as Presiding Prelate, Chief Apostle, and Global Apostle of what is now known as Jesus Christ Holy Nation Worldwide.

On June 20, 2025, by divine selection within the fellowship, Chief Apostle Dr. Carlton LeGrand Jr. was consecrated to the priestly office of Archbishop, entrusted to advance kingdom strategies, strengthen the Church, and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ calling nations out of darkness and into marvelous light.
